Morning Energizer – Meditation

Welcome to this morning energizer meditation.  Get started with a boost of energy by clearing the mind and focusing on the present moment. 

To meditate or to not meditate.  That is not the question, it’s the fear or idea some people tell themselves when they hear the word meditate.  Meditation can be one part of a form of deep relaxation or part of a practice of active meditation.  

You can also lie down, sit in a comfortable chair or go for a stroll.  

Meditation can last anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or even more depending on your experience, time and what it is you would like to achieve.

Meditation can be used to self-reflect, listen to our inner soul desires, introspect and practicing being in the present moment.  That being said thoughts will pop up in your head. Unlike some who think that you have to be completely still and not allow any thoughts to arise to achieve the meditation goal. 

There are many levels of meditation and the beauty of meditation is that it is available to all.
