It’s always a new beginning toward change.
We may not be conscious of it at times but with every experience, our mind collects pieces of that moment that brings us to evolve and change in some way.
Spring to me shouts change. A force in nature that brings awareness to change, an intuitive feeling of taking steps to create a difference in our lives.
What can you change?
It can be a difference in our decor, cleaning out our closet, transferring winter clothing to something lighter and colourful, taking up a hobby or sport, going outdoors a bit more, reading a book that is joyful, planting seeds to see new blooms, renewing relationships, listening to our desire and taking new steps with confidence towards that change we may long for.
Whatever pull is happening by the force of the universe towards change and evolution of the self shouldn’t be ignored.
Embrace the changes you wish to create, whether big or small. Take the time to learn more about who you are and what you love. Research more on a project you wish to take on and immerse yourself in simplicity to discover if it’s the right thing for you.
Now, take notice if there is resistance towards that change and ask yourself what is holding me back.
If you ignore that resistance it will always show up even if you try to change your environment. Change in your environment is pushing the main issue to return at another time. However, as I mentioned before change is always happening in some way. So you may be changing your surroundings many times before being aware of the main problem.
Sometimes the resistance you are feeling is not evident. This may be why you are still living with negative patterns and the importance to slow down in life. To be present, to take time to feel, to question emotions and not to shy away from them.
If you seek to exist in this world, to be heard or seen, to feel love, to feel peace and harmony in yourself where you are right now because you may not be able to change your outside world such as work, family, friends, the country you live in, it’s important to take a look at your self first.
It will all happen at the right time that it needs to happen.
Ok, what the heck does that mean? It means that life will happen when you are ready to truly listen to what you want and need. To feel emotions of possible pain and hurt to release yourself into the beautiful person that you are with confidence. To stand tall in all of your authentic self and to deploy yourself into you as you see it in its best form. To walk the talk and feel comfortable with who you are in kindness and humility that the words, look, or your perception of others will not bring you down.
And so life will bring you exactly what you need at the time that it needs to happen.
I speak with the experience of my “self’ with the experience of seeing other clients, fellow collaborators, and other humans who choose to embrace change. And it doesn’t come with instructions of when it all will happen or having to follow trends. It comes with a series of tears, happy moments, failures, discussions, the forgiveness of the self and others, and mostly creating a space of openness to embrace change.
I invite you to step into change, into spring, into who you are truly meant to be.
My mission is to see other humans live the way they truly want to live, in peace, harmony, love and kindness. To be able to see that they exist in this world but to start by seeing themselves first.
During an accompaniment with a client, I bring a safe environment to offer an expansion of the mind. Respecting the client’s evolution I ask questions to contribute to their solutions towards a goal they may have difficulty reaching. Often, clients, humans, tell themselves stories from past experiences, and emotions that may have caused pain and this keeps them from moving forward with reaching their goals. Often, once the problem has been addressed, the subconscious mind offers clues and solutions to the conscious mind.
The client often feels signs of release. Which results in time to bring peace, harmony and happiness in their lives.
